So to enter this contest you need to read the rules of the link above.  Once I receive your rider I will go over it and decide if it will fit this world.

The way you will know if I chose your rider is by me send you a note with the link to this site, with the number of your district and the number of your rider in this world.

If you do receive the link, with the number of your district and rider, you must post it a comment on this page with the following Info.

Once you do that I will reply to it saying "Congrats on your participation."  I will also reply with your rider information and stars.  Each star is a bonus;
