Kamen Rider Dash (仮面ライダーダッシュ)

Story: In a world further ahead of us, in technology, by a decade, technology has evolved to the point where it has reached a miniature size.  The technology had evolved from the research and development of mobile device.  Due to the eventual miniaturization, of technology, a unique form frequency was discovered by a small research organization.  It is there that the group begins researching the effects, of the signal, on human beings.  After several months of research, the group produced the first Data-Being, dubbed 01, by mistake.  The culmination of the strange signal, dubbed 0-Factor or 0-Wave, and the data carried by electronics could create these digital beings.

Further research was done, on 0-Factor, in different scenarios, which later yield very disastrous consequences.  The group discovered that the signal began to become aware of itself, for some time now, and was longing to develop a form of its own.  01 was the first attempt to do so but was not fully aware of itself to maintain consciously connected to 01.  After realizing that the 0-Factor was aware of itself and wanting a body, the group produced their finds and stood in front of the Japanese government.  There, they told the government that the signal wasn't normal and couldn't be destroyed with a simple virus.  In order to destroy the signal was to destroy all of technology which is impossible.  Unfortunately, the government was not convinced.  It was there that they introduced them to 01.

After showing the government, 01, and bring up their case more, the Japanese Government and the U.N sent funds to the group, which helped create Xross Guard.

R-Loader:  Further research began, due to the lack of any event caused by the 0-Factor, which yielded that the 0-Factor did not need to make an organic form, like 01, in order to walk in the real world.  It was discovered, that under the right conditions, a piece of technology in the vicinity of massive amounts of data and 0-Factor, could allow the conscious to possess a human body which could later be alter in any shape or form.  With this, Xross Guard began producing a device, to create the similar signal but without the ability of become self-aware.  It was there that the R-Loader was created.

The R-Loader is a belt construct that emits the same signal but sends a highly constructed data stream that creates a suit for the user.  What was noticed about the suit was that it gave the user unnatural speed.  This would become the code name of the system; Dash.  Besides the use of this data to create a suit, they later purposed small compact robots with this signal, creating unique little A.I droids that attach to the belt in order to alter the form or giving the suit more functionality.

01 (Miyamura Yukie):  01, as mentioned, the first data-being.  Till this moment, Xross Guard cannot understand what lead to it being able to maintain its form, or how it was able to produce such an organic form.  01, for some strange reason, created a female form.  Some people within the group believe whatever data 01 collected in order to form its body, was that of images of the female form.

When 01 was born, her A.I was that of a child.  She could not talk nor understand anything that was going on but after several months she was able to rapidly grow to that of an adult female.  Although her AI grew rapidly, she did not exhibit an AI's potential to grow exponentially or to main such mass amounts of data.  Though that may have been the case, she did posses the power to interact with technology with a simple touch.

Although 01 seemed to enjoy being with Xross Guard, the leaders of the group feared that if see remained hiding with the group, she would begin to resent them and even feared the idea of her betraying the group.  It was then that Xross Guard decided to allow her to interact with the rest of the world, hoping to bring her closer to humanity but under supervision.  But like a child in a candy story, she began sneaking out to interact more and more with society, eventually meeting Akiyama Hiroshi.


Akiyama Hiroshi:  Like most of Japan, Hiroshi grew up watching tokusatsu, specifically Kamen Rider.  His favorite movie series, when he was a child, was Kamen Rider Double-O.  During his childhood, Hiroshi was picked on because of his love of tokusatsu, video games, and manga.  It was during his high school years that he almost took his life due to the many years of ridicule and not having friends but was saved by an unusual teacher at the school.  This teacher, helped Hiroshi was able to overcome his loneliness and ridicule.  Due to his knowledge of various mangas, he dubbed the teacher GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka.)  Unfortunately, his time with this teacher was cut short due to the teacher's strange illness, but it was there, at the teacher's funeral, Hiroshi decided to become a great teacher like he viewed the one that saved him.

Several years later, Hiroshi graduated from his university, hoping to find a place in the teaching career, only to find himself stuck unemployed, due to the economy.  One evening, after a year and a half of being unemployed, Hiroshi finds himself at a Ramen Cart, heavily drunk.  It is there that he meets Yukie.  Drunk, as a skunk, Hiroshi begins to hit on Yukie, but Yukie is unaware what is going on and merely finds Hiroshi entertaining.  After several hours of making an ass of himself, Hiroshi and Yukie became involved with the first 0-Factor victim, the Ramen cart owner.  Hiroshi was terrified and unable to move, but when he sees Yukie being attacked by the newly constructed Digitus, he finds the courage to defend her and himself.  Unable to defeat the Digitus, the two flee.  From there, Yukie uses her own personal mobile device to contact Xross Guard and alert them of the danger.  It is there that Hiroshi comes in contact with Xross Guard and their first chosen user of the R-Loader but before the user is able to place the belt around his waist he is killed by the Digitus.  Distracted by consuming the R-Loader's user's body, Hiroshi grabs the belt.  Realizing, after years of watching tokusatsu series, that the belt was some form of device to fight the creature, Hiroshi places it on himself transforming into Dash.  After several minutes, Dash was able to defeat the Digitus rather easily, due to its still newly constructed body.

Several days goes by, unhappy by the idea of 01 fleeing Xross Guard and the failure of the original user, Xross Guard begins to run tests for new candidates and keep Yukie under close observations at all time.  She tells the group that she would not flee anymore unless she was placed under the watch of Hiroshi and to also give him the R-Loader seeing that he was able to use it without any real hesitation.  They agree only if Hiroshi agrees to the idea.  Xross Guard with Yukie, visit Hiroshi at his family's house and try to convince him to join Xross Guard.  Hiroshi is reluctant to join due to his promise to become a great teacher.  Xross Guard leaves after hearing this, but Yukie stays in order to convince Hiroshi.  After hearing his story fully, Yukie uses her powers to hack into a local school and process him high credentials in order to get hired.  With that, Yukie tells him that she will help him become a great teacher if he becomes her guardian and Dash.  He agrees under one condition, that his title be Kamen Rider Dash.

Personality: Unlike his younger self, he isn't socially awkward nor does he shy away from making new friends but like his childhood, he still maintains his love for toku, anime, and manga.  He is often seen quoting lines from his favorite manga and anime like the stereotypical portrayal of Otakus in Japan.  Even thought he isn't shy, he has a problem with women, specifically those he finds attractive, in the sense he acts rather goofy, which hinders his dating life.

His life with Yukie is rather chaotic.  Although she understands human concepts but understanding their complexities and the emotions that come with them makes it a problem for Hiroshi; he often finds himself trying to explaining to Yukie why certain things she does are wrong.  It also becomes a problem due to his attraction to her physically, making him act goofy around her, sometimes.

Kamen Rider Dash is based on Rockman Dash by name but nothing more.  The original Kamen Rider Dash was originally a core medal user but has been repurposed to be more like Fourze.  The idea of a teacher being the rider came from Ultraman 80 but was brought up by the idea of Fourze being a high school student, going to school.  The Digitus was based on Digimon Frontiers ideology of the Digimon coming out of the digital world due to technology.  Xross Guard is derived from Guard of Ultraman Gaia.  Xross came from Crossing Guard, which is the bases of the organization which is meant to prevent the crossing of Human and Digital DNA.  GTO and Gokusen set the atmosphere of the teaching style of Hiroshi.
